Gathering Essence
Meditation in Action

The Way of Qigong,
Dao Yin, Taiji (tai chi)
Samatha & Vipassana.

The Daoist art of
uniting mind, body, and spirit,
rooted in the Buddhist techniques of
Samatha and Vipassana Meditation.

Qigong, Dao Yin, Taiji
and seated Meditation

These different processes cultivate the Qi and fluid dynamics of the body-mind to clear stagnation and negative patterning, bringing these systems into deeper levels of health, vitality and clarity.

Over time with consistency of practice a state of integration and unity arises throughout the body-mind allowing deeper insight into the nature of one’s mind, body and natural spiritual heritage,
and developing the art of clear seeing in depth.

This is the nurturing of the soul through the emancipation of the ego, where we move in conscious relationship with the intelligence of our inherent nature. We encourage the ego to become more fluid and integrate into present time,
embracing true being through active observation
and an open heart.

This is riding the evolutionary wave where our egoic formations mature into soul, neither separated
or calculated, but refined, unified and universal.
It is rooting in spirit, free of indoctrination and fixed belief, present in aliveness in the manifest world.
